What if my Jewelry needs to be repaired? How do I track my order? We will provide you with a tracking number once your order ships. top^ How do you ship? We ship all orders by USPS priority but if you need your order sent another way, just let us know when you place your order. top^ What if I want changes made on a specific piece? Please let us know if you have found a piece that you like but would like to make some small changes, ie...metal type, length, clasp... top^ How do I place an order? You can choose a piece through our store or if you have a special request, you can email us at sparklebugjewelry@hotmail.com top^ Do you gift wrap? Yes we can gift wrap. Please let us know the occasion so that we can wrap accordingly. top^ What kind of metals do you use? We use Sterling silver, Gold, Pewter or base metals. All jewelry is labeled accordingly. If you find a piece that you like but would prefer a different metal, please let us know. We are flexible and can create a new piece at no additional cost. top^ Do you take special orders? Yes we do take special orders. In order to complete special orders we will need a down payment (to be determined at the time of order) to hold your order. top^ What if my Jewelry needs to be repaired? We will fix any jewelry that we made, at no cost to you. There will be a small charge to fix Jewelry made by another designer. top^
